Ethan Brown '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing baseball since I was 4.  When I was 8 and 9, I played for my town's all-star team.  Ever since I was 10, I played travel and club ball where my coaches thought of me as a leader.  In 7th grade I played on my junior high team.  I started catching when I was 8.  When I wasn't catching, my coaches would use me as a utility player and usually put me on the left side of the infield.  I was pitching ever since I played kid-pitch baseball (When I was 9).  My coaches have always described me as an accurate pitcher with good break and above average velocity. Right now, I play for club D1 baseball as a utility/RHP.

When I was 13, my family moved from NY to AZ.  In the move I skipped 8th grade so I could go to high school.    In my freshman year, I played on my school's varsity football team as a backup QB and a Special Teams player. We did not have baseball my freshman year. My sophomore year, I started at QB and Holder then made a switch to WR/DB.  I was also a part of the baseball startup for my sophomore year.  This year, I am set to start at QB again and continue with starting the baseball team.

I have maintained a 4.0 GPA or above through my sophomore year and have won awards for my performance in my math classes.
