Dawson Moser '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’2" 175 pound Junior Right Handed Pitcher from DeWitt, Arkansas. I have started as a varsity shortstop and pitcher every game since my Freshmen year. My team competes on the 4AAAA level in Arkansas and I was the only  Sophomore selected All 8-4A Conference in 2012. Our 2013 season is going well. Most recently, I opened up conference play by throwing a complete game 2 hitter and striking out 17 against Warren High School. The 2013 season I was chosen for All-Conference in 8-4A and also chosen for All-State. I was the only person chosen out of the 8-4A Conference to attend the Xtra Innings Showcase in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
 

I have played baseball my entire life, and it has always been a dream of mine to play on the college level. I have played for two different coaches in high school with different coaching styles and have been able to adapt well with each coach. I bring a hard working, positive attitude to the field and believe in leading by example. I put in the extra time it takes to become better every day.
 

I am open to play college ball at any level, and will do whatever is necessary to get there. I work hard in the classroom, and I am going to major in Kinesiology with plans of becoming a coach. Baseball is my life, and I want to earn an athletic scholarship to help pay for my degree.
