Personal Statement

I am a class of 2025 Senior at Shiloh Christian School in Springdale, Arkansas where I have completed three seasons on my high school’s Varsity team, starting as a Sophomore and Junior. I demonstrated my versatility on Varsity by starting and playing every position except pitcher and first base throughout the Sophomore season.  I played summer showcase baseball for Arkansas Rawlings Prospects out of Little Rock,AR and played in the 2023 Baseball Factory All-State tournament in Florida. I am primarily a shortstop and catcher, but started several Varsiry games at 3rd base and outfield. I’ve dreamed of playing at the next level since I could pick up a baseball. I take pride in my work ethic and dedication, always putting in extra time working on fundamentals and getting in extra reps. I believe what separates me from my peers is my will to outwork anyone in any situation. I give 100 percent in all aspects of my life, including sports where I also ran Cross Country and played Basketball for my school, and of course my passion...baseball.  In school and the classroom, I maintain a 3.97 GPA while serving my community through my school’s Service And Leadership Team (SALT) and the Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy. I ended my Sophomore conference baseball season with a team-leading .455 BA, .950 fielding percentage, and All-Conference 1st Team honors. I finished my Junior season with a .565 batting average. My PR for my catcher’s pop time, is a 1.92, with a catcher velocity of 75 mph. I recently achieved a PR of 90 mph on my arm velo. I continue to lift, workout, and go through an intense throwing and hitting program to get bigger, faster, and stronger to be the best baseball player and student-athlete I can be and chase my dream of playing at the next level!
