I am Ty Collum and when I go to college I want to study the sciences or sports medicine. I am coming from Laguna Creek High School and my goal is to attend a university with a strong baseball program. I think that I would be a great fit for a college baseball team because I have a very good understanding of of the game, given that I have played since I was 6 years old. I am also a leader on and off the field, and always encourage my teammates to give their best effort. I am different from other athletes because I consistently maintain a high GPA while taking honors courses. I am also unique because as a pitcher I throw a variety of pitches including a knuckleball, fastball, curveball, and changeup. I am very competitive with other good players and I always give maximum effort and have a good attitude while playing.
