Baseball has been in my heart for as long as I can remember. I started hitting balls in my backyard as soon as I could hold a bat, and I’ve loved and played baseball ever since. Through thirteen years of hard work, baseball has taught me love, devotion, and leadership. The proudest accomplishment of my career so far has been winning the Junior Varsity Most Valuable Player Award in my freshman year of high school because it demonstrates my dedication and work ethic.
Now as a senior, my high school career continues to showcase my determination. On the field, whether I am playing center field, pitching, or hitting, I work hard to ensure my leadership and attitude positively influence those around me. My unshakeable positive approach and my trust in my teammates have resulted in me being seen as a team leader since Little League. Off the field, my work ethic is reflected in the effort I put into my academics, and I am doing very well at a college preparatory school. My passion for baseball drives me, and my goal is to play competitive baseball at the collegiate level and beyond.
