Ryan Dewitt '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ryan Dewitt. I am 5'8, approximately 225 pounds, and I have below average speed. I played my freshman and sophmore years on the JV level, including one Varsity call up. I play for two Travel ball teams in the offseason, one being the Washington Manor dodgers and the other is the Easy Bay Hackers. I am a starter on both teams and contribute tremendously to the teams success. I bring a unique personality to any team I play for, one thing I stress is hard work and commitment. I have thought about many State schools as well as community colleges. I am open to play anywhere and in any region if given the opportunity. I am interested in any school, regardless of enrollment and/or competitive level. I would love to attend a D1 school but I also understand reality. My desired major is sports management or something is communications, hopefully something involving radio broadcasting. My realistic goals are playing at the college level to potentially get drafted if I perform at my highest level.
