Chad Wilkins '21 Recruiting Profile

I found out about baseball from my dad. At a young age he put me into the local little league and I instantly loved it. The playing aspect of the game is very enjoyable, but the mental side of it is a ton more interesting.  The different situations in a game and how many possibilities there are make it extremely enjoyable. Baseball has shown me that i can be a leader on the field. I feel like i know what to do in any situation due to my many years playing baseball. 

My greatest memory in baseball has been getting to start the playoff game, as a freshman, on varsity. The better the competition i play the more i want to be better than them and be the best on the field. Making it to college and playing college ball has been my dream forever. If i am not playing baseball i'm am usually spending time with my family talking about baseball, or playing basketball on my high school team.
