Brayden Colletto '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brayden Colletto and I am currently 17 years old and an incoming Senior at Windsor High School in Windsor,Ca. I have been playing baseball since I was 4 years old and have loved the game ever since. Growing up through little league I faced a lot of adversity and struggles because I was a bigger kid. As I have grown and have gotten older I have used these struggles as motivation to get better, faster, and stronger to compete at the highest level.  I earned the starting first baseman position on Varsity in my Junior year.  When looking at myself as a player, especially a future collegiate player, I aspire to be the best teammate, player, and hardest working individual both on and off the field.  

After my 2022 season, I received an award from my Coach called the ‘Spirit Of A Jag’ award. This award was presented to me for being the best teammate on the field and in the dugout, for always getting the field ready whether it was practice or game time, and for being the first to arrive and last to leave. This award captures the characteristics and my love and passion for the game. My short term goal is my commitment to excellence in the upcoming 2023 baseball season and my long term goal is to further both my academic and baseball career at the college level.
