Jake Onderlinde '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jake Onderlinde and I am a 2024 graduate from Frontier Academy in Greeley, Colorado. My primary position is Catcher but I also have extensive experience at 1st Base and 3rd Base. I'm currently starting at 1B for my back-to-back state runner-up HS team.  

One thing I have always been told by my coaches, parents, and peers is that I am one of the hardest working people they know. I have always been the first person to a practice and I am usually the guy asking my coach to stay after practice. I have been blessed with very selfless coaches and have very rarely been told "Maybe next time" or "Ask your dad or one of your teammates". As a result I have gained a very good work ethic and a great appreciation for what my coaches have invested in me.

I will be the first one in my family to obtain my college degree.  My educational plans include obtaining a Juris Doctorate while my career plan is to become a criminal prosecutor.
