Alex Chumrau '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Alex Chumrau. I am from Parker, Colorado currently attending Lutheran High School. I was born on January 28th, 2005.  I am 6’5” and 200 lbs. I am a right-handed hitter and right-handed thrower. I play RHP/3rd Base. I have grown up always being dominant on the mound and have learned to love the art of pitching. I thrive off of the pressure that comes with pitching and love being able to control the tempo of the game. When I am not pitching I have always played on the left side of the infield. I love being able to encourage my teammates and the pitcher because I know how challenging  it can be. I believe that being a great teammate comes first and a team that lifts each other up will be a winning team. Outside of baseball, I enjoy being out in nature. I have biked all of my life and love to camp and go off-roading in my truck. I also enjoy going to the gym to work out and play basketball. I am extremely coachable and my faith in Christ fuels all that I do. I know that there is always more to learn and more work to be done. I know that wherever I go, I will give it all that I have, and more important than being a great athlete, I will be the best teammate on the team.
