Matthew Fisher '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matthew Fisher. I have loved the sport of baseball since I was 8 years old and always had a strong passion for the game itself. I'm left-handed, 6'2, and a 180 pounds. I mainly play LHP, 1B, OF, and can be used as a utility as well. I'm able to demonstrate remarkable control pitching as a lefty and maintain solid velocity. At the plate I’m a consistent hitter batting over .300+ being able to drive the ball to all directions of the field with solid power and great contact. I'm very strong in academics as I've maintained a 4.0+ GPA throughout my three years of high school taking several AP and advanced classes. Among my 350 peers I have been ranked  #14 in my class.  I heavily look forward to playing at the next level while I'm able to pursue a degree in the medical field.
