It has always been my goal to play baseball at the highest level. I understand that it takes a lot of hard work, time, and dedication in order to have the opportunity to play at these next levels. So I constantly work on getting myself better and developing into the player I want to become so I can have an opportunity to play at the next level, and beyond. Whether I'm taking BP on the field, doing tee work, throwing bullpens working on my pitches and improving on location of my pitches, or taking fly balls in the outfield, I'm always working on improving my game. Balancing all the work on the field and in the classroom was a struggle at first, but it's helped me mature and become a better baseball player and it has helped me in the classroom as an honors/ high honors student. I'm always trying to be a leader/ role model on the baseball field for the incoming under classmen, and for my fellow Varsity teammates. Same goes for the classroom. I always focus in the classroom and try to learn as much as possible every day so I can get smarter and keep up my good grades. I have a very good work ethic on both the baseball field and in the classroom. I always do my classwork and homework, and have good study habits. It shows in my grades and it showed last year when I started every game for Varsity. I'm going to continue working hard academically and athletically this year, as it is my senior year. My plan is to attend an in-state school and play baseball while working on getting my education and degree, and after my senior year have an opportunity to play at the next level and continue to get better and develop, and possibly be able to play at the highest level of baseball possible, which has been my goal for a long time now,
