In January of 2021, I received a Merit Award Scholarship Award and early acceptance into the St. Augustine Preparatory School. I will be attending IMG Academy for my senior year- 2025 class. I have worked diligently in school to maintain High Honors and Deans List. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and am currently taking Honors Composition, Honors Pre- Calculus, Honors Anatomy & Physiology and AP Biology. In addition to baseball, I enjoy math, history, crew, swimming, band (alto sax, tenor sax and guitar), soccer, agility and karate. Early in my music career (8th grade), I was awarded the nationally recognized Louis Armstrong Jazz Award. This award is the highest level interscholastic award given to students at high schools in the United States. It is given in recognition of "outstanding musical achievement and an incredible dedication to the program". Highlights from the 2023 baseball season include being named “2023 Top Sophomore Position Player in New Jersey” by NJ.com. I was later selected to USA Baseball NTIS Team Northeast for the Champions Cup, Cary, NC as well as to Team East for the PG High School All- State Select Championships in Tomball, TX (Top 10, Top Prospect Team, Rawlings 2025 Top Prospect List). In 2024, I was named PG Preseason Underclass All- American. I recently competed in the 2024 WWBA 17U National Championship where I earned All- Tournament Team, .467 (BA), 1.129 (OPS), .529 (OBP), 8 (RBI) and 5 (R). I can say, without hesitation, that THE highlight this year was winning the 2024 NJ State Championship (NJSIAA Non- Public A) with St. Augustine Hermits HS Baseball. It's an honor to be part of this amazing team of players, coaches and staff. I am also extremely grateful to have the support of my family and to have been taught by some of the best instructors and coaches in the industry from the MLB, MiLB and NFL Organizations. This includes my current hitting instructor for the past four (4) years, Dan Hennigan. Coach Hennigan is the Owner of Brain & Barrel Hitting and current Hitting Coordinator and Strategist for the Houston Astros Organization. My weekly training regimen includes Arm care, Hitting, Agility, Weight/ Strength Training and Travel Team Practice. My favorite quote is ”Repetition is the mother of all skill". I pride myself on my academics, work ethics, character, discipline, Baseball IQ and resiliency. I believe that pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone can lead to great personal growth in both sports and academics.
