My name is Jordan Liss and I am part of the 2024 class at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am a RHP and outfielder. Right/Right. I am a student-athlete and work very hard on the field and in the classroom. I am currently taking all AP/Honors classes and have a 4.3 GPA. I grew up with a single mother who was a professional athlete and played tennis for LSU. From an early age responsibility, hard work and discipline was instilled in me. Baseball has been a passion of mine since I was 7 years old and continues to be my main focus. One of my best attributes is hard work and dedication. I have always tired to be the hardest working individual on and off the field as I have faced many personal challenges and have the will to win. I am also an extremely coachable athlete which is a great compliment to the physical athletic focus I have. Being a team player is really important as I want my team and teammates to be successful as well. At the end of the day, they are like family to me. My mom has always supported me in life, provided me with good guidance, and great opportunities. My upbringing coupled with great guidance from teachers, coaches, and peers keeps me grounded on treating all with respect. Helping and encouraging those around me to always be at their best is important to me. My main focus right now is preparing myself athletically and academically to be a top candidate/recruit for a collegiate career where I can thrive in baseball and academics. I am hoping to have an amazing experience with a program I can give back to each day. I look forward to taking the next steps in this journey. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to speaking to any interested coaches. Jordan Liss c/o 2024
