I went undefeated throughout the summer. I had 6 starts and won all of them. I did not give up more than 2 runs in any of the games that I pitched. My most notable game that I pitched in was when I started in the Sweet 16 of the 15u Team USA East Championships against the #3 seed in the tournament, Game On GA West. I went 6 innings while allowing 3 hits and 1 walk with no runs allowed. I also struck out 7 batters in the game. I had a start in July in the secone Under Armour tournament when I pitched against Rampage baseball where I carried a no hitter into the 6th inning. I went 6 innings and struckout 11 while not allowing a walk or run. I had the best summer of my life and it was truly noteworthy. I am looking forward to my fall ball season where I will be playing with my school, Belen Jesuit, and I will be playing with EvoShield Florida in the 17u division. Mind you, I am 15.

The Team USA Trials which started in the Miami Dade College field for Stage 1 of the tryouts. I then received an invitation to Stage 2 in Sarasota, Florida. I then received an invitation to this team in Cary, North Carolina.

Scouting Report given at tournament: #19 Alejandro Torres – RHP 2019 Solid body, FB: 80-82mph, CB: 66-69mph, 10/4 shape with late sharp break, throws downhill, uses lower half well, loose arm with good extension, good feel for pitching.
