My collegiate goals and aspirations are to complete a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering Hardware Systems. One of the attributes I possess that are part of being an efficient engineer but also a good member of this team is my practical communication skills. When I collaborate with others, I am an active listener, recognizing and acknowledging when I’m wrong or make a mistake. In addition, I pay attention to details; I’m self-aware of how I treat others, and I don’t only point out the problems but also I can offer solutions. As an individual and athlete, what makes me different is my kindness. I don’t judge others, and I take the time to know them and understand them; I’m patient with those people who need my help. Additionally, I’m focused on my goals and consistent with my discipline. For example, every morning, I wake up at 5:00 am to take my bus to school, turn in my work on or before the due date, and I’m proactive; I go beyond the ordinary. Finally, one of my ambitious goals is to play baseball for a university, to follow up my father’s steps, who also played baseball with an university in the United States.
