Luca Mendez '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Luca Mendez. My greatest goal is to join a college or university where I can thrive athletically and academically. I am a good candidate for a team because I have proven to be a team player, leader and I welcome learning new skills from my coaches and teammates. Given my many years in competitive baseball, I have been able to overcome adversity on the playing field and that has taught me  self control, mental toughness, drive and determination on and off the field. I put in the necessary preparation on and off the field, I am also a versatile who can play anywhere in the outfield and play first base as well.  

 I am a 6'2 200LB OF/1B who plays travel ball for Elite Squad Baseball and goes to Gulliver Prep in Miami,Fl. I am very interested in playing baseball at the next level to continue my baseball career!
