2021 Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Landon Meng and I am a Magnet class student of 2024 from Kennesaw Mountain High School. What makes me stand out from other student athletes is my ability to maintain and amplify both my athletic and academic ability. Through school, I challenge myself by selecting the most rigorous classes and pushing my limit through extracurricular activities. I am a senator of Mane Link (student council), Math Team, Programming Club, and Secretary of Ultimate Frisbee Club. My work ethic and determination defines who I am as a person. I will always discover to complete a task, sometimes it means creating new solutions. Learning is an essential part of life, therefore, I am very eager to listen and learn from peers and scholars. I desire to play college baseball to not only continue my baseball and academic career, but to also build strong characters and relationships along the way. Pursuing my education, playing baseball at a collegiate level, and building relationships will benefit me in becoming a better student, athlete, and person in college and beyond.
