Zach Langley '13 Recruiting Profile

I'm Zach Langley from Lilburn, Georgia. I'm an outfielder for the 2012 national champion Parkview Panthers. I have not yet had substantial playing time for my high school team, but I've had all very talented Division 1 players playing in front of me. We went 31-6 last year, beating Brookwood High School for the State Championship and we were named the top team in the nation by Baseball America. I have faced many top pitchers in the Parkview program during pre-season scrimmages and I have also faced good pitching on my fall travel teams and also during summerball with my high school team. I am a hardworking student and I put everything I can into my studies. I have a GPA of 3.79 and I have taken numerous Gifted and AP courses to challenge myself. I have taken the SAT once scoring a 1960 total and a 1300 combined on the math and reading portions. I take my academics very seriously and I truly believe that education is the top priority in college. I aspire to be a collegiate student athlete that not only succeeds in baseball, but one that benefits the most I can from the education that my college offers. More importantly, I want to be a student athlete that shares my relationship with Christ to anybody I can. I want to be the best player I can be, I want to help my team in any way possible, I want to be the best student I can be, I want to graduate with a business degree, and I want to be a leader in my community that lives for Jesus Christ and influences people to be the best they can be. I am planning on shooting a recruting video on Monday the 27th of August and I will have it up as soon as possible.
