Aaron Hobson '23 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Aaron Hobson, and I am a 2023 graduate of Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, Georgia. I am a 5’11” 165-pound standout middle infielder who possesses speed (6.76/60) and quickness (1.65 10yd split), exceptional arm strength (93 infield velocity), bat speed (96 exit velocity), superior hand-eye coordination, and high situational awareness. Off the field, I work diligently in class to ensure that I will be prepared to achieve my goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level.

I fell in love with the game of baseball when I was just five years old. The excitement of making the game-winning play or hitting a walk-off home run gave me a feeling like no other. Baseball has become second nature to me. I believe that I was meant to play the sport. I have spent most of my baseball career trying to make myself better than the guy next to me, but I have come to realize that baseball is a team sport, and I am only as good as the player next to me, so I must uplift and support him as well.
