Personal Statement

I am a 6' 2",  215 pound senior at Lewiston High School in Lewiston, Idaho.  I have a GPA of 3.25.

I am a two-year Varsity starter, and made the Junior Varsity as a freshman. My primary position is 1st Base. I also play 3rd base.

This season, my team went to the Idaho State Championships where we finished 3rd.  Last year we finished 2nd.

During the summer, I play American Legion Baseball for the Lewis Clark Twins AA team.

I have been playing baseball since I was four.  I was on the All Star team every year except one during Little League and Babe Ruth .  During the 2011 season my All Star team won the Idaho State Championship, and went to San Bernadino for Little League Northwest Regionals.  During the 2012 Season my Babe Ruth team also won the Idaho State Championship and went to Pacific Northwest Regionals.

I love baseball and love hitting.  It has always been my dream to play baseball at the highest level possible.  I would like to attend a college that is strong in both academics and baseball, and where I can make an immediate impact.  I am a strong, knowledgeable player and believe I have a lot to offer both on and off the field.

When I am not playing baseball, I love to fish and hang out with my friends.
