Nate Crick '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play collegiate level baseball team as the primary catcher.  Currently, I am the primary catcher for my travel team (Phenom) and was the primary varsity catcher at Cary Grove Highschool.  I am a good candidate to compete at a high level because I am committed to my team,  work hard, and I am eager to learn new techniques on how to improve my catching abilities and as a hitter.  In addition to attending both in-season and off-season practices for my travel team,  I have been working with a personal trainer to gain muscle, speed, agility, and overall strength.  I've been able to successfully balance these demands with playing on the varsity basketball team for my high school as well as a part-time job.  My athletics are just part of my focus when I am considering my future collegiate career.  I am in AP as well as dual credit courses, and I work as hard in class as I do on the field.
