With my senior year of high school baseball remaining, I hope to continue to improve in every aspect as a pitcher with the goal of playing baseball in college
Pitching Goals
* Strength & Conditioning - focus on building strength in my lower body and my core to continue to gain velocity
* Mechanics - Continue to focus on consistency in my delivery. Towel drills, weighted ball training, zone targeting, etc. are all part of my training regimen, with the hope of building muscle memory (I want my delivery and my arm slot to be exactly the same on every pitch)
* Change of Speeds - As I continue to develop consistency locating pitches in the strike zone, I want to be able to change speeds consistently to keep hitters off-balance. Adding an effective change up will extend my outings and help my team win games
* Anticipate every situation on the mound (be in the right place on the field in every situation)
