AJ Oden '23 Recruiting Profile

         I love to play baseball and I love to win.  But, more importantly, I love to learn and put in the work to perfect my game.  I thrive on pressure and will give everything I have for my team, and I put in the extra work every day to improve my game.  I started playing baseball at 4 years old, and began travel ball at 7.  For the last 3 years, my travel baseball team has been playing at a very high level of competition.  I am looking forward to playing high school baseball this spring. 

            I am 6’2”, 180 pound infielder with a high baseball IQ.  Shortstop and third base are my primary positions.  I have been a lead off batter, 2 hole, and batted third my entire career. My strengths include being coachable, a good teammate, and being mentally tough. 

I am looking for a school where I can have the opportunity to get a great college education as well as fulfill my dream of playing college baseball.  I know I would be an asset to any college baseball team.
