My parents have done a great job raising me into a well behaved and hard working person. I have been involved in baseball for as long as I could remember. I distinctly remember playing catch with my father at a young age and ever since the ball hit my mitt I knew this was the game for me. I have learned how to work hard and what it really takes to win big. I know that working hard is not enough but wanting to work hard is where the true ballplayers prevail.
In high school, I hope to be a educationally well rounded in everything. In college, I want to focus my studies on physical fitness and psychology. I was never born with any god given ability. In fact I was the little league right fielder but in middle school I found a facility to hep me train in the off season which has made me develop into a three year varsity starter. My high school outfielder coach, Brent Bockelman, has told me that in middle school I had better footwork in the outfield than some of the outfielders in the varsity program at that time. I know the game of baseball better than anyone I have ever met and I can train myself physically and I believe I have the potential to be a great college student athlete.
