Personal Statement
Jack is a hard working ball player that has aspired to play college baseball in the USA since a young age. He goes to a selective sports high school for baseball. Jack is studious and puts as much effort in the classroom, as he does on the field. He has played a number of sports including: Soccer, Basketball, Softball, Swimming, Athletics and Oztag. His heart has always been with Baseball. He is achieving excellent results in my academic studies and consistently place in the top 15% of my classes. He is in the top 2 classes for English and Science. In his baseball program, he has shown that his arm velocity, hitting velocity, agility and running speed are the best in his age group and one of the best in the whole country. He recently played for NSW at the Australian Schoolboy Champs for the past 2 years, where he has won 2 Gold medals. He knows what the daily college routine requires, as like a college baseball player, he goes to the gym in the morning, then has classes throughout the day and have practice in the afternoon. He knows what he want and is determined to get it.
