Hello Coaches,
I'm Rylan Semeleer and I recently had the honor of representing the Caribbean in the Senior League Baseball World Series in Easley, South Carolina. Competing internationally has strengthened my skills and deepened my passion for the game.
I'm eager to continue my development as a collegiate baseball player, contributing to working hard, being a team player, and making a positive impact on both on and off the field.
I bring a strong work ethic, international experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Representing the Caribbean in the SLBWS 2024 has given me the ability to compete under pressure and adapt quickly to high-level competition.My focus is to contribute to a winning culture, being a reliable teammate, and always pushing myself to grow as a player.I'm dedicated, coachable, and eager to bring my skills and passion for the game to the next level.
Character: Growing up in the Caribbean and representing my region in the SLBWS taught me resilience, humility, and leadership.I pride myself on my strong work ethic and my ability to stay positive and focused, even in challenging situations. I value teamwork and always aim to elevate those around me.
Athletics: Competing internationally has pushed me to develop not only my physical skills but also my mental toughness. My experience in high pressure environments has made me a more disciplined and adaptable player.I'm committed to perfecting the fundamentals while constantly seeking ways to improve.
Academics: I approach academics with the same dedication I bring to baseball. I'm driven to succeed in the classroom, balancing a rigorous academic schedule with my athletic commitments.My goal is to excel in both areas, ensuring I'm prepared for a successful future, both on and of the field.
