Riki Gombas '23 Recruiting Profile

Baseball: one of the most intriguing things that have ever come across my life. I started hitting wiffleballs when I was a little kid with my dad. Then, my aspiration for playing baseball started to grow inside of me. Ever since then, baseball has been a big part of my life. I would be practicing at home, school, and on the field. 

The reasons why I am different from other players are that I am an open minded player who takes constructive criticism. All of my coaches in the past have noticed that I am a player that asks questions on how to improve myself better on the field. Next, I am a very hard working person. I never give up when it comes to baseball. Even when I make mistakes, I always seek to improve myself on the field. 

For my performance, I am known to have some power in my swing. I am also good in looking at the strike zone.
