Michael Mitchell '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Mitchell. What I love most about baseball is the competitiveness and relationships you build within the game. Every at bat is a chance to beat the pitcher, boost your team, to try your hardest, and to just go out and compete. The relationships you build within the team, with coaches and with players can make life long memories. As a Sophomore, I stand at 6’1 and weigh 180 lbs. My primary positions are Pitcher, Outfield, and 3rd Baseman. I’m very coachable and always willing to step up wherever the team needs me. I’m very passionate about baseball and I excel in high pressure moments in the game. One thing that intrigues me about the statistics of batting is that it’s almost impossible to be perfect, so you have to develop mental strength, and bring a winning attitude. I always give my all and always have a positive attitude.
