As a two sport athlete, I have learned the power of teamwork, the power of having a good mindset, and the power of being a coachable athlete. My parents had a huge impact on who I am today. I started playing baseball when I was about 5 years old when I was old enough to join the local league. My parents, especially my dad, taught me how to be a better athlete and better person. Playing baseball, I have learned that I am a very mentally motivated and competitive athlete. I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. Academically, I already maintain a high GPA, I want to stay above a 3.5 GPA through high school and through college. I have high baseball IQ, but I am always willing to learn more. I am a leader and I always try to lead by example. I want to attend a college where I am able to show my full potential on and off the field and to show I am capable of doing great things. I want to find a college that is a great fit for who I am and that has a great academic program. I hope to become a better student-athlete and to make my loved ones proud.
