2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
To Whom It May Concern,
I will be a 2022 graduate and currently play as a right hand pitcher, left hand pitcher, and outfielder for Jewel M. Sumner High School. I am a goal oriented person, always looking to improve my game on and off the field. I believe academics are just as important as athletics. I want to play baseball at the collegiate level to improve my skills and earn a degree at the same time. My future dream is to one day play in the Major Leagues.
I have the ability to adapt to any team's needs and get along with the other players. I take the coach's advice to make corrections to improve my playing skills. I wish to be part of a team I can help to improve as well as have my level of play improved. I am honest and trustworthy. I believe a good work ethic and openness are key to being a good player.

- Each morning will concentrate on advancing each players baseball skills at their specific positions. In the afternoon players will be put through simulated games that will be oversaw by the entire lions coaching staff.
