Personal Statement

I have completed one year at Baton Rouge Community College. The first semester I finished with a 2.92 GPA and the spring semester a 3.83 GPA.  I am currently majoring in Liberal Arts at BRCC with plans to persue a degree in Physical Therapy.  I was the starting catcher for the Bears of BRCC, and have recently served on a board to represent BRCC athletics.  Our team won the Misslou conference this year, however we fell short in the championship game to win the conference tournament.  Therefore, we are determined and will set our goals higher this year to suceed in winning the championship and moving on to win our World Series. I feel sure with my talents and the talent of our existing players and upcoming recruits, along with the great coaching of our coaching staff that this is possible. After my two years at BRCC, I wish to play baseball at a four year college and continue to play the game I love, as well finishing my college education.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
