Throughout my baseball career I have gained many things. I think the biggest thing I have taken away from the sport is my work ethic and ability to work under pressure, it really has helped me discover who I am as a person in all. I fell in love with the sport when I was 6 years old, I had been trying out sports, I went through football, soccer, swimming then I stepped on a diamond for the first time, it was true love. I think I’m truly myself on the field.
The want to play at the next level has been there for a long time as It’s always been a dream of mine. I also want to further my education while still being able to compete in the sport I love. I think baseball has helped me in the classroom as well as everyday life. The things I learn on the field transfer into classes, such as my work ethic and ability to problem solve.
