Personal Statement

I am Logan Burns from Queenstown, MD.  I am currently 6' and weigh 194 lbs.  I have been playing baseball since I was 4.    I have had the opportunity to play on several travel teams and travel around the country and learn from many great coaches.   I made my high school varsity team as a sophomore and was a starter.  I consider myself a leader on and off the field.  I also have a strong academic background and currently am a member of the National Honor Society.  My other interests include fishing, hunting, basketball, crabbing and working out. I am looking for a college with a strong academic program as well as a competitive athletic program. My goal is to play college baseball and pursue a four-year degree.
