James Draughn '20 Recruiting Profile

The moment my mother put a ball and bat in my hands she knew my love for baseball. If we won or lost she would talk to me about the "great play" I made in a game. Running bases, catching a ball, or throwing a ball has always put a smile on my face. 

Watching my mother work hard to put me through several baseball programs has showed me the value of sacrifice, commitment, and the value of teammates. We work as a team to get through whatever we are going through and we push each other to succeed in a goal. Even when we are down we rise above. 

My goal is to explore a sports management program that will set me up for a successful future. I will be attending a Post Grad school for the fall 2019. There I will grow physically and mentally to prepare me to walk on as a Freshman for the year 2020.
