Baseball has always interested me, since I was 9, whether I'm playing or watching the sport it's always fun and engaging to be apart of a game and a team. Winning regionals as a freshman has been my biggest accomplishment playing high school baseball as of date. However, I believe my sophomore year was when I grew most as an athlete and found the right position for me. While playing baseball and other sports like basketball and powerlifting, I've learned that I always strive to be better and commit to working hard at everything I do. Currently I am powerlifting, training for baseball, and going to a personal trainer to prepare for my junior year of Varsity Baseball at Birch Run High School.
My goals for the future are to graduate high school and continue my academic career studying to be a physical therapist. My interest in physical therapy came my 8th grade year when I got injured and had to go through 12 weeks of physical therapy for my shoulder. Learning about the work physical therapists do and how they help people recover from there injuries interested me. Then my sophomore year I broke my ankle playing basketball and had to go through more physical therapy. These life changing obstacles made me realize the career path I wanted to take and that I wanted to help people get back to where they were before their injuries like the people that helped me when I was injured.
