- Strength training class during offseason to keep me in shape and to gain strength for the upcoming season. I am here twice a week for every week during the offseason.

- Once A week I will meet with my Hitting coach. During this 1 hour frame, we will work on mechanics with my swing, and then do drills to further work on what we had previously went over.
- Pitching Coach
- 2 years
- Once a week, I will meet with my pitching coach. In that 1 hour frame, we will work on mechanics with my pitching to increase velocity on my ball along with working on my off speed pitches. With the off speed pitches, we will focus on the release and timing that they need to be so that it can be very useful pitch when I am on the mound.

- During the offseason, I had joined a pitching camp run through my baseball team. We meet 2 times a week and during the hour and a half time frame, we work on pitching mechanics. Our ultimate goal in this camp is to raise velocity on our ball so that I can be a very effective pitcher on the mound. Occasionally we work on our offspeed pitches as well.
