     I became hooked with the game of baseball at a young age and have always been extremely competitive. Through the sport of baseball, I have learned skills that will last a lifetime such as teamwork, a competitive drive, and leadership; I have been named a team captain on multiple sports teams, am a student leadership representative and the Senior Class President at my high school.

     My academic goals for high school include graduating with at least a 4.0 GPA and keeping my streak of all A's. I understand that work in the classroom is as important as work on the field. My best tools include hitting for power, arm strength, pitch command, and speed/athleticism for my size. I'm looking for a college that will benefit me athletically and academically, developing me into a better player and person.

1/15/21 - Baseball Factory Evaluation:

Robert continues to show as a prospect on the diamond. At 1B, defensive abilities are well above average as he displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Hands are soft / sure and he showed the ability to pick balls out of the dirt, saving throws. Feet / hands work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy / carry on his throws. He moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate, power potential is outstanding through an open setup. Hands are quick (91 mph exit velocity) generating bat speed through an aggressive swing path. Barrel accuracy is a plus and he has strength in his swing with gap to gap pop. On the mound, delivery is repeatable allowing his arm action to work well to the plate. Fastball showed a range of 75-79 mph with arm side run. Breaking ball displays 10/4 shape with gradual break. Control is solid as he attacks hitters and throws strikes with all his pitches.
