Lew Turner '27 Recruiting Profile

When I was a boy, I heard a quote.   It was from the famous boxer Joe Louis.  “If you have to say you is, you ain’t.”   From that day I have dedicated my athletic career to that mantra. Even writing something about myself makes me uncomfortable.  I believe in leading by example. when you do it right, the right things will happen.   I love ball.  It really just comes down to that. I was even reluctant to starting a page about myself on this site.  But I saw how it helped my sister organize colleges who were recruiting her.  Thank to any staff who takes the time to see what I’m about.  If there is questions about who I am as an athlete, I ask you talk to my past coaches.  There is no better person who can tell you where I’ve been and where I want to go.
