Anthony Kidd '20 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing baseball since I was 5. I enjoy playing baseball, and basketball. My main sport is baseball. I play basketball just to stay active. I work hard to keep my grades good. If my grades are not good, I do not get to play sports. I believe if you work hard you can accomplish anything in life. This is why baseball has been a good fit for me. I have always felt like the odd one out. Baseball has helped build my confidence up. Playing baseball has made me feel like I belong somewhere.

 Two years ago we moved to Texas. No one in Texas knew me there. As a result I had to prove myself to the coaches and to the team. It didn't matter what position they put me in, I gave it everything I could. I can play multiple positions because of this. When we moved back to Dowagiac MI, I had grown as a player. The coaches knew how much time, and effort I put into baseball. I love being apart of a team. Baseball has taught me that there is always something a player can work on.I give a 110% every time. It has made me a better person, and a better player.
