Josh Johnson '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a good student, I work hard and I want to further my education at a great school where I can learn and also play the game I love most. Baseball has always been an amazing sport for me which I have so much passion for and love playing. I started playing baseball in 5th grade and have been constantly catching up to my peers and opponents since then. I have worked very hard to get where I am and if you ask my coaches they will say I am one of if not the most competitive, driven and hardworking players they have coached. I strive for success and perfection and am good at handling with the ups and downs of being a great pitcher. Under pressure moments is my favorite thing about this position and sometimes the most rewarding. I am also a born leader. driven to help not just me but my teammates exceed as well. I think that is very important if trying to be a winning team which is the main goal. I Push myself every day. Recently by lifting weights and nutrition to try and have the best edge and make the best team possible this offseason. Proving myself is what I have done my whole life and is something I will continue to do. I hope by pushing myself this hard I can be a big piece on the best schools I can make in the future.
