My main goal is to play baseball as long as I can. I have always dreamed of continuing my athletic abilities in a collegiate program. I have always been the first to show up and the last to leave the field and I believe I can compete with the best. Growing up in a small town has been a big part of all of this. It provides so much more opprotunity to have the availability of using the baseball field or weight room whenever you want. Having a community where everyone knows everybody just makes everything so much easier. That's also one of my biggest morals - to always give back to your community, especially the youth. The youth look up to me being a high school athlete because they want to be like me when they reach that age and I also am a youth umpire in the summer to help give back.
I would be a great fit for your team. I always put full effort into everything that I do. There are few things that you can control in life and effort is one of them. I always give it my all and never hold back. I may not be the quickest or the fastest but I the heart it takes to always compete. As important as it is to excel on the field, off the field is just as important. I always make sure my academics are maintained, school comes first and that is something I very strongly believe. No matter what is going on you should always make sure your academics are excelling because the degree you are going to school for must be earned, you have to work for it as it isn't going to be handed to you. As you can see this is why I would make a great fit in your program!
