Ronald Brothen '19 Recruiting Profile

My freshman year my summer ball all star team had a great year, we won state and went to regionals. At Regionals we were one of the underdogs and ended up getting fourth place, which emlimanted us from going to nationals. That was probably my best baseball memory because of how good we were and how great my teammates were. I learned from this experience what it take to be the best and how you need to go about doing so. I can promise you that I will never stop working and will always give one hundred percent and anything else my teammates or coaching staff needs. I’ve also learned what it takes to do well academically and as a person. I aspired to be on National Honor Society this year and I was fortunate enough to be accepted. In college I want a school that is just as outstanding as it is in athletics as it is academically. I would say my work ethic probably is my best feature. I work two jobs while playing two sports year round and also love to volunteer with coaching young kids for baseball.
