Jake Roth '24 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to graduate with a bachelor's degree after playing four years of competitive college baseball.   Although I am a catcher by preference and skill set,  I am also an infield utility player. I'm happy playing whatever position I am needed for the team.  My experience behind the plate enables me to have great situational awareness in whatever position I am playing.   This has enabled me to become a student of the game and I am constantly studying my craft    

I am the team uniter and motivator.  When I'm in the game or on the bench, I am pumping up my team to be the best.  Others feed off my energy and enthusiasm.  I am the one you want in your dugout.  Christ is my leader on and off the field.  I know my actions off the field in the community or in the classroom reflect on my team and organization.  I strive to be an example to my teammates on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
