I have had a love for the game of baseball for as long as I can remember. At an early age I discovered I could not put a baseball down. I first started playing in Little League during the spring months. I wanted more out of the game and found a travel baseball team so I could play baseball year around. I started in the outfield and had to earn my positions in the infield. This taught me how hard work and determination may not pay off today, but it will tomorrow. Being exposed to baseball year around has accentuated my baseball IQ and overall knowledge of the game.
Baseball has helped to develop my character and who I am today. Through baseball I have learned discipline and determination. I use those lessons in my day to day life and in my academics. I constantly push myself to be a better person on and off the baseball field. I am a leader on my baseball team and look for leadership opportunities in my personal life. I volunteer my time with the Kiwanis repairing bicycles for needy kids and assisted the girls freshman and JV volleyball coach at my high school. I enjoy helping others whenever I can.
I completed 2 years at Mendocino College as a Catcher and 1st Baseman. I received BVC All Conference Honors with Honorable Mention at 1st Base. Graduating with a AA Degree in Kinesiology. In 2021 Summer I played out in Missouri for the Queen City Crush Fellowship of Christian Athletes Team. I developed more as a Player, Teammate and my Faith. We traveled and played in the Dominican Republic, which I would say was the highlight of my summer. Then summer 2022 was another opportunity to expand my skills for FCA SoCal Shepherd's, developing my relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through my love of Baseball.
I committed to Upper Iowa University in 2022 as a Catcher and continuing my education in Sports Medicine for 2023-24. I continued my Baseball Fellowship with FCA SoCal Shepherds Team in the Summer of 2023, growing as a player, coach and a Christian. I am currently on the Dean's List for the 2023-2024 academic year.
I have been accepted into a Leadership Masters Program with Evangel University and utilize my 5th year of College Baseball career for 2024/2025.
