Josiah Coombes '20 Recruiting Profile

The way that I got into baseball was by watching it on TV and my local college baseball team. Throughout my many years of playing the sport, it has taught me many lessons. I have developed myself as a strong leader with good decision making in life and as a student- athlete. My travel baseball team lost in the provincial final this past summer which has motivated me to start progressing my skills further in order to benefit to my teams success. I believe that I am prepared and qualified to play baseball at the college level and I hope to be a part of a good school that matches me. I have played other sports in the past like soccer but I am currently playing varsity basketball at my high school. Although I enjoy basketball, I have always been focused on baseball.
