While in college, the goals I plan to achieve include success with baseball, to finish with a degree in kinesiology/exercise sciences, and to display my leadership skills with all I do. My goal is to have a successful college baseball career, seeing how far my abilities can take me while allowing my hard work and dedication to the sport to shine on the field. The degree I plan to finish and receive is kinesiology/exercise sciences in order to enter the field of physical therapy. I believe displaying strong leadership skills will be important throughout my college years because it will allow me to stand out in both the classroom and on the diamond, being a leader and taking charge when it is needed.
I think what makes me stand out as a candidate for a college team is my aspiration to succeed together as a team, knowing that each team member has an important role. I show the leadership that a shortstop and pitcher needs, lifting up the team and driving them to play at their greatest potential. I know I can be a true leader both on and off the field and in the classroom. I am a good candidate for a college team because I bring multiple tools to the team. I believe I have the talent to be a successful collegiate athlete, and I would be able to become a quick leader once I know the team. I am a quick learner, I am always willing to learn new techniques and will be able to execute them efficiently.
