Baseball has been my passion since I was first able to walk and hold a bat. When I first began playing competitive baseball, my coaches always referred to me as "Smiley" "Speedy" and "Utility kid." As a left handed player, my place on the field was limited, but it super focused me in developing my skill and speed in the outfield. It also purposefully gained my intrigue to pitch. I wanted to do more on a team and so I established mastering different pitches at a great velocity range. I am elated to top 84-85 this current season. I am also maintaining the best speed on the bases for my varsity high school team. I have stolen bases every time successfully. My coach wants me on base because he trusts I will get to third quickly. I bat right handed and consistently on the roster every game. I have been successful with RBI's that assisted in winning games. I am energized, positive and a team player. This season I practice and play hard so I can show my best abilities and reach my goal as a college athlete. I am working hard academically and I have trained to increase my SAT scores. My brother Mario Ferraioli played D1 baseball and has modeled the ideal player that I am aiming to be. I know that I can also contribute skills both academically and athletically in my chosen college.
