Charlie Granatell '21 Recruiting Profile

An awakening moment for my baseball career was playing in a varsity county championship as a freshman. With the crowd, their and the feel of that game was something I will never forget. I was born into a baseball family and have loved the game as long as I can remember. Through baseball, I have developed a ton of qualities that I will carry out past my playing days, such as leadership and work ethic. My academic goals for high school would be to graduate with a 3.7 GPA or better and the same for college. 

Coaches have told me that I always separate myself from others with my work ethic. Whether it be staying after practice to hit or take ground balls to spend extra time watching film on myself or opponents. I am always on time to practice and I have the type of mentality of being early and stay late. I spend a lot of my time in the classroom working with teachers and getting ahead of my studies. During time off I founded and own a baseball company/brand with one of my trainers. I spend time with that constantly working on ways to improve apparel and update social media.
