My name is Marco Bonfiglio, and I am a 2024 graduate currently attending Pope John XXIII in Sparta, New Jersey. I am looking for a college program that will be able to develop myself as a player, a person, and also one that I can help win championships for. During the 2nd quarter of my junior year, I finished with a 3.7 GPA, and am currently working hard in the classroom to make that number even higher. My primary position is catcher. I truly love the position of catcher because controlling the game and making great defensive plays are some of my strengths. Also, being able to take charge of the entire defense fits my personality as a leader. I also play the corners and am athletic enough to play middle infield. I am a right handed hitter that hits the ball to all fields and finds constant barrels. My goals are set very high. If a goal of mine doesn’t get reached, it means that I have to work harder to achieve it. I hope that one of you find me to be the right fit for your program.
